Chia is designed with a "privacy-first" architecture.

• No Personal InformationChia does not collect, track, or record any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.
• Local StorageAll data created or entered into the app is stored locally on your device. This data is not accessible by Third Story Studios or any third-party entities.
• No User AccountsThis app does not require or support user account creation. Since no data is stored on our servers, there is no account data to manage or delete.
• No User AnalyticsWe do not collect analytics, event tracking, or usage data (such as page views, button clicks, or time spent in-app).
• No AI TrainingWe do not use your data or app interactions to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

• No AdvertisingChia is a completely ad-free experience. We do not use any advertising platform. You're welcome. ;)
• No Data SalesWe do not sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

To provide specific functionality, Chia requests limited device permissions:

• Network AccessChia uses your device settings to understand network availability. This is strictly used to allow you to view Recipes and Resources via an in-app web view. These resources are hosted online; therefore, if your device is offline, these specific features will be unavailable.
• Web View PrivacyWhen viewing online recipes, your device interacts with external websites. These interactions are subject to the privacy policies of those specific websites.

Chia contains no in-app payments. There are no subscriptions, one-time purchases, or third-party payment processors integrated into the app.

• On-Device DataAll data remains on your device until the app is deleted. Once the app is uninstalled, all locally stored data is removed by the operating system.
• Server-Side DataBecause we do not collect or store data on external servers, we maintain no database of your information.

The Chia app is provided through Google Play and the Apple App Store. These platforms may collect their own aggregate, non-identifiable data regarding app installs and uninstalls. Please refer to their respective policies:

Third Story Studios does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children. Since no data is transmitted from the app to our servers, we do not store information from any user, regardless of age.

Regardless of your location (EEA, UK, California, etc.), you have full control over your data because it resides exclusively on your device.

• Right to ErasureYou can exercise your right to delete all data by simply uninstalling the application and clearing the app's cache/storage from your device settings.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
